Excellent sales process, customer service could have been better

Sales process was easy and installers were punctual, polite, explained everything and cleaned up before they left the premises. However, took nearly 6 months to convinces SAE in 2020 that something wasn't right and eventually the whole system was replaced in February 2021 at no coat to ourselves.
Solar Panel - Seraphim
System out put great until it started decreasing significantly within 3.5 years. SAE claimed there were no issues however eventually checked the system in October 202 and replaced entire system in February 2021 at no cost to ourselves. Current panels are operating as expected and lot more reliable than former panels.
Solar Inverter - Fronius
No issues with the inverter and excellent data available to monitor the system output - how I managed to clearly see we had an issue in 2020.

Took longer than anticipated to install. Original discussions suggested about 6 weeks but actual was much longer. However Covid and border closures were still in effect. Installation was smooth and done efficiently and tidily. Minor mishap due to installers going to extra lengths to conceal piping and wiring which was easily rectified and end result is excellent. Haven't had the need to contact them since.
Solar Panel - Seraphim
Working well as reflected in our electricity bill. No problems as far as we know.
Solar Inverter - Sungrow
No problems as far as we know. Satisfactory result in our electricity bill.

Installation was no issue, only issue was trying to convince SAE that I had a problem 2.5 years later and it took approx 9 months for SAE to agree that an issue existed - resulting in entire system being replaced.
Solar Panel - Seraphim
3 panels had to be replaced after one year and then the entire system (22 panels) had to be replaced in January 2021.

Everything went smoothly from sales to installation. Connection to grid and meter change was organised by company. Installation was very professional and system seems to be working well.

The sales process was honest and informed and the system we chose in the end was good value for good qualify. The installers were second to none. They were really knowledgeable and worked hard to meet my requirements and also to keep the install as aesthetically pleasing as possible. A+
