Sales process involved detailed discussion of the costs and benefits of the potential installations on premises, as well as the physical installation process. Installation was delayed due to manufacturing issues but the company continued to remain in contact and identify potential install dates to fit my requirements. Actual install of the panels and solar unit was conducted with professionalism and attention to detail and safety, with excellent post-installation support to ensure that we had the best experience.

Starting with Roy who was very experienced in all aspects of solar power systems who explained everything in a manner that was clear and concise and finishing with the installation team headed by Mitchell who were faultless in every way. We were very pleasantly surprised particularly in an era where good old fashioned quality and service are far from common. A big thank you to all involved.

It's Australian and we paid a bit extra to support the home team. We were diligent in checking out feedback from other Tindo users and it was encouraging to read such good reviews. We also felt that an Aussie company would understand the extreme stresses that the Aussie climate will place on the system WE suspect that almost all the other brands are made in China or Asia and felt that it was a lottery as to wether or not you would get a satisfactory long term result.

We had Quality Solar install a second ( 6.2kw) system on my roof. The preliminary assessment to determine size was done promptly and the terms of contract explained efficiently. The after installation service was great and even following a few hiccups due to severe weather events, the service tech solved our issues and set me up on the solar web app. I’ve now ordered a battery for installation later in the year, with a view to adding an EV charger. Well done Quality Solar team.

Best decision I have made installing solar. Quality solar systems were easy to deal with and were very fast with the entire process.. Their quote was a little higher than others, but it was the warranty period on parts and installation that I wanted and paid the higher price. Their installers were top notch and were able to accomodate changes to the system on the fly where they needed as there were som minor hiccups with the system. They were really nice guys and quick at their work without sacrificing quality. Essentially they knew exactly what they were doing. It’s been nearly 3 months since the install and there have been no issues or after sales support required, however my experience with the sales to installation process was flawless. I would not think I would have any issues if I needed to request support. I would highly recommend Quality Solar Systems for the quality of the system and their installers.

The sales process was 'first class' ... very professional with full explanations of all components of the solar system and the 'good' and 'not so good' of each brand of each component that could be chosen to complete our system. A detailed explanation of each component was given and the two Quality Solar System representatives were impressive with their full knowledge of the products and options on offer. I was impressed that we were presented with systems ranging from budget to top range.

We are very happy with appearance of the panels. We are similarly pleased with the output from the panels and since installation, have had to pay only $51 for electricity used. The installing technician was remarkably efficient. The complete job (panels and installation of inverter) was finished within 2 days and would have been done quicker I'm sure if his offsider had not been unwell on installation day.

We chose the Fronius brand inverter due to the reputation the brand has world wide. The Quality Solar System reps. felt that as a 'top of the range' brand, we had made the right choice. We opted to have the inverter installed inside the garage. There was the usual 'mess' from the drilling of the garage wall for the inverter and associated switch but everything was left 'spick and span' at the end of the installation. The inverter display is easy to read but as I am not a tech nerd, not too easy to interpret. The installing tech. however stated that so long as the green 'ON' light was illuminated, I could rest assured that the Fronius was doing it's job. I also have the Fronius App on my phone but it also is a bit difficult to understand. The system did trip it's circuit breaker twice but Quality Solar's rep. and electrician were at our house within an hour and the 'problem' rectified. The system has also been setup by Quality Solar Systems to email a log of unusual events which is reassuring.

Initial communication great good quote good salesman. Poor customer service after agreement was made. 6 months passed before we had to chase up on a weekly basis to get anything done. Finally got installation done then took 4 months to get everything sorted to get connected to grid

I had solar panels installed by Quality Solar Systems in June 2023. Their quote was the most competitive out of about 6-7 quotes that I obtained. James was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process - from finding the right solar system for me, getting a quote, setting up the install, and follow up afterwards. There was a quick turnaround from me accepting the quote to install date. Jon and his boys who did the install were very professional and did not leave behind any mess or broken tiles. Three months later, the whole system is still working well with no problems at all. Overall I'm very happy with the goods and services provided by Quality Solar Systems.

After 3 months, they seem to be working fine. During midday hours I'm regularly hitting the maximum 5kWh that my inverter can process.

I really like the Sungrow app that keeps track of how much is being generated and shows me graphs for each day, week, month, etc. It also stores all the data even when my internet disconnects, and the app is updated retrospectively once I connect again. The 5kW inverter seems to hit a maximum of about 4.6kW-4.9kW during the middle hours of the day.

Focus was on matching clients needs to an appropriate system rather than recommending a system where size and cost benefited the installer. Had a number of quotes where installer was only interested in selling a cheaper system at a Rolls Royce price

Sales rep forgot that I have already a fairly new system (1phase) and then ordered a 3-phase inverter - I am no technician and have to trust the installer has the knowledge. to cut short system never got installed as any request for a date got ignored. Now the company does not refund the paid amount. dishonest and unfortunately still offered to people on this webpage.

The installation took much longer than anticipated, despite my repeated contact with the company - well over two months between signing the contract/paying the deposit and the installation commencing. The person who provided the quote was not adequately informed about installation requirements and last minute adjustments were needed on-site. I was surprised to receive the final invoice before the installation was complete - and its terms being payment within "1 day"!

Good experience in terms of the sales service. Disappointed that the solar panels installed were not the ones agreed in the contract and with less warranty time. The company offered me a small discount as compensation after I raised the issue. The installers initially tried to convince me that it was not possible to fit all the panels in the roofs agreed upon in the contract and suggested an alternative roof that would not get as much exposure. I had to persist and finally the panels were installed as agreed. I'm happy with the installation so far but the installers did not clean up very well after themselves. I'm still finding bits of plastic 2 months after the installation. The system is working OK.

Stay away from Quality Solar Systems The rep turned up 1hr different to appointment for quote. Gave us the sales speech. All sounded great. After signing contract and doing my own research on what we were quoted I discovered differing facts. They would deny saying things and then later say he did say it. (All communication was via email or sms). Lots of problems with the company. Original day of installation was cancelled by them. No reason given. Later I found out that they had quoted for parts they didn't have. Actual day of installation they brought a different inverter to what we had paid for. They didn't bring smart meter. Was continually lied to. I'm still having problems chasing up Roy to find out about smart meter. DO NOT deal with this company!

Roy in Toowoomba was extremely friendly and helpful, visited us in our home and provided lots of information about different panels and inverters and respected my opinions and in the end allowed me to make the decision (Hyundai/Sungrow) Installers were professional and quick, panels have been up now for a couple of months with no issues. The panels are working efficiently and the app to go along with the inverter is very handy. We would have loved a final follow up from Roy which we never received but we have run into no issues.
